You were made for more than just surviving.

Therapy for women, teen girls, children, and families in the North Dallas area and virtually across Texas.

My approach

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are — with warmth, honesty, and intention. My approach is trauma-informed and strengths-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution-focused techniques, family systems, mindfulness, and play therapy for my youngest clients. Whether you are carrying anxiety, processing trauma, navigating a major life transition, or simply feeling stuck — this is a space where real healing happens.

Telehealth Therapy

Wherever you are in Texas, healing is accessible. I offer virtual therapy sessions for individuals and families across the entire state — from the comfort of your home, on your schedule, without the commute.

In-Person Therapy

In-person sessions will be coming soon to the North Dallas, Texas area. Stay connected for updates on availability.

Meet Your Therapist

I became a therapist because I understand what it feels like to carry more than you should — to show up for everyone else while quietly falling apart on the inside. I know what it means to long for a space where you can finally exhale, feel seen, and begin to heal.

That is the space I have intentionally created here at 1129 Altar Therapy.

I support women, teen girls, children, and families who may be struggling with self-esteem, identity concerns, trauma, rejection, anxiety, life transitions, and the emotional weight of not feeling “good enough.” Whether you are searching for your voice, your worth, or clarity in the midst of change, this is a space where your story is honored.

Whatever brought you here, you are in the right place.

My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based therapeutic practices. I believe healing happens when people are given the safety to show up authentically and the support to move from survival into restoration and growth.

This work is more than a profession for me — it is a calling. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your strength, identity, and purpose.
